With all the controversial cutbacks in the city, it's hard to forget that our libraries were in jeopardy. Now we just have to remember to use them!Don't forget, they are a great resource and a great deal! The Free Library of Philadelphia has offered free books since 1894. They have movies and music too. All FREE!
